Domestic Remittance (Counter)

Domestic remittance refers to one settlement mode that the payer remits money to the payee through the Bank.Through the remittance transaction, the money in customer’s fund account can be transferred to settlement accounts such as int ra -city and inter-city bank cards in our bank or other banks.

The remittance can be classified into inter-bank remittance and int ra -bank remittance by remittance subject, and into inter-city and int ra -city remittances by remittance city. The remittance mode can be classified into T/T, M-T and bills of remittance by remittance mode. The remittance herein refers to T/T. T/T: namely electronic transfer, a remittance mode that the real-time transaction is conducted through CMBC low-value or high-value payment systems or Transfer Bank.It can be classified into int ra -system transfer, UnionPay inter-bank transfer, high-value payment system, low-value payment system (inter-bank deposit and withdrawal), and clearance.

Application and Approval Process
1.Hold your valid identity documents (the consignee must hold the consignor's valid certificates), bank card and other certificates (also can handle cash remittance);
2.Fill out money order, and enter transaction passwords for non-cash remittance;
3.The operator conducts remittance.

 

Service Charges:

Counter inter-city branches RMB deposit (including transferred-in)	3‰ of transaction amount, 5 Yuan at least and 50 Yuan at most.	Silver card, gold card, diamond cards (ordinary diamond card, personal bank card, CMBC home card), salary and wealth management card are exempted from handling charges.
Counter inter-city RMB deposit (including transfer ) in our bank	3‰ of transaction amount, 5 Yuan at least and 50 Yuan at most (business system in our bank)	Silver card and gold card: 1.5‰ of transaction amount, 5 Yuan at least and 50 Yuan at most. Counter inter-city RMB deposit (including transfer ) in our bank	5‰ of transaction amount, USD2 at least and USD10 at most (equivalent RMB can be charged).	Silver card, gold card, and diamond cards (ordinary diamond card, personal bank card, and CMBC home card) are exempted from handling fees.
Counter inter-city RMB withdraw (including transfer ) in our bank	5‰ of transaction amount, $2 at least and $10 at most (equivalent RMB can be charged).	For silver card and gold card, 2.5‰ of transaction amount is charged, USD2 at least and USD10 at most. Diamond cards (ordinary diamond card, personal bank card, CMBC home card) are exempted for handling charges.
Counter inter-city inter-bank remittance	Commission charge: 0.50 Yuan (including remittance and return remittance).  Telegraphic transfer fees: below 10, 000 Yuan (included): 5 Yuan/time; between 10, 000 Yuan and 100, 000 Yuan (included):10 Yuan/time; between 100, 000 Yuan and 500, 000 Yuan (included): 15 Yuan/time; 500, 000 Yuan to one million (included): 20 Yuan/time; 0.2 per of remittance amount will be charged for above one million, but doesn't exceed 200Yuan; 30% plus the above charging standard are charged for the urgent service of funds to the account within two hours; the remittance and transfer of financial treasury, disaster relief and pension are exempted from T/T fees; 2 Yuan is charged for each remittance and transfer of staff salaries, retirement pension and old-age pension.	Handling charges: Silver card, gold card, and diamond cards (ordinary diamond card, personal bank card, and CMBC home card) are exempted from handling charges; T/T fee: 50% of handling charges of ordinary card is charged for silver card and gold card, and diamond cards (ordinary diamond card, personal bank card, and CMBC home card) are exempted from handling charges. Inter-bank universal deposit and withdrawal (low-value payment system)	Universal deposit: cash: 5‰, 5 Yuan at least and 200 Yuan at most. Transfer: 3‰, 1Yuan at least and 20 Yuan at most; diamond cards (ordinary diamond card, personal bank card, and CMBC home card): free; gold card and silver card: 1.5‰, 1.5 Yuan at least and 10 Yuan at most.	Universal deposit: Transfer: diamond cards (ordinary diamond card, personal bank card, and CMBC home card): free; gold card and silver card: 2.5‰, 2.5 Yuan at least and 25 Yuan at most. Universal deposit: Transfer: 5 Yuan at least and 50 Yuan at most; diamond cards (ordinary diamond card, personal bank card, and CMBC home card): free; gold card and silver card: 1.5‰, 1 Yuan at least and 10 Yuan at most.

Tips
1.Present the original identity documents of your own and the card owner if you are entrusted to handle remittance on behalf of others.
2.The remittance from personal account to corporate bank belongs to personal business, which can be handled on public holidays but cannot enter into the account promptly. Its remittance system and handling charge is consistent with that of personal remittance.
3.Please take good care of your debit card and transaction passwords.
4.The time for real-time money to account and money to account by inter-bank remittance is generally 1-3 working days or several hours depending on high or low value payment systems.
