(iv) any use of the contents of this website shall abide by PRC laws and regulations;

(v) CMBC reserves the right to withdraw its authorization and the use of the contents of this website shall cease once such written notice from CMBC is received.

(c) CMBC and/or other rights holders are the copyright owners of all software contained in the CMBC website (Software). When downloading or using the Software users shall acknowledge and abide by the following rules:

(i) any use of Software shall be subject to the Licensing Agreement attached to the Software and the Licensing Agreement must be read and accepted before use;

(ii) users shall solely bear any liabilities for violating the Licensing Agreement and PRC laws and regulations;

(iii) any third party Software is provided "as is" and without any warranty from CMBC regarding their functionality or security.

(a)  The following marks are trademarks registered (or in the process of registration) and owned by CMBC and represent the services and products of CMBC, its online banking business and other business of CMBC. CMBC’s trademark rights shall be respected and shall not be infringed.

(b)  The trademark has been verified as a well-known trademark by the PRC Trademark Office. Any use of this trademark in any field that may confuse 、distort or dilute the distinctiveness of this trademark is illegal and CMBC reserves the right to take legal action.

(c)  Figures, pictures, sounds, logos, undertaking names, English names, abbreviations, trade names, domain names and other marks that are used to symbolize China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd., CMBC’s online banking business, and other business of CMBC, are protected by law. These marks shall neither be used without authorization, nor be used in a manner that distort or discredit the marks.

3.  Links

The URL of the CMBC website is www.cmbc.com.cn ，CMBC has no relationship with any other website using the CMBC name and shall not assume any legal liabilities with respect to such websites.

(b) No other business websites are permitted to provide links to the CMBC website without the authorization of CMBC. CMBC provides no warranties or undertakings and shall not assume any legal liabilities to other websites that are linked to the CMBC website without the authorization of CMBC.

(c) CMBC provides no warranties or undertakings in respect to links from the CMBC website to other websites. Users should be made aware that such websites are independent from the CMBC website and their contents are outside the control of CMBC.
