Personal Housing Mortgage Loan

The personal housing mortgage loan refers to the individual loan issued by the Bank to a qualified natural person to purchase residential and commercial housing, associated parking spaces, and affordable housing, and other real estate. This includes the new housing (parking space) mortgage loan and the second-hand housing (parking space) mortgage loan.

Applicable Customer

A natural person with full civil capacity.

Loan Amount

For residential housing, up to 85% of the property value can be obtained; for commercial housing, up to 50% of the property value can be obtained, with mixed-use residential and commercial housing eligible for up to 55% of the property value; for parking spaces, up to 85% of the parking space value can be obtained.

Loan Term

The maximum loan term for residential (including parking spaces) mortgage loans can be up to 30 years, while the maximum loan term for commercial property mortgage loans is 10 years.

Pricing is based on local policies and regulatory requirements, with specific details subject to our bank's approval results.
